The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby:

Designates the bridge carrying State Route 136 over the Monongahela River connecting Forward Township, Allegheny County, to the City of Monongahela, Washington County, as the General Carl E. Vuono Bridge.
